There wasn"t breakfast

The property wasn't that clean and it was quite run down looking.Garden needs a lot of attention.Very overgrown on steps and path

The host was lovely and very accommodating in meeting a few requests. The room was nice, clean and warm. There was the kind gesture of breakfast snacks provided. Internet was fast and reliable

Friendly host and comfortable if small, well equipped room.

No onsite parking meant an almost altercation with a neighbour whose house we parked in front of. Garden size reduction would mean less privacy but needed to provide adequate parking for clientele. Understand this would be a significant capital outlay though.

"Peaceful retreat in the Scottish Highlands"

This guesthouse is ideally located. A short shot from the center of town, nested on a nearby hill. The atmosphere is peaceful and the neighborhood calm. Caroline is such a kind a gregarious host. Always happy to pause and chat with you. She also makes some nice, local-themed accessories such as tote bags.

Lovely lady, comfortable, great views from nearby top of hill.

The room smelt of spices. The bathroom basin was not draining properly.
