Location is excellent tou hing the taste of niligiris

location and the staff is very good. Food is very tasty

no free heater in the room which should be neccessary . Also they dont have fan , sometime it is needed .

Staff was super helpful, Especially the Uncle who is in charge is very kind and very humble person, I would go back every summer there

I can't rely on this kind of hotel policy. I booked a room through Bookings.com and paid, but an hour later, hotel staff called to ask me to cancel because the room was no longer available. It seemed like the hotel staff were reselling the rooms at higher prices to guests willing to pay more.
