Only negative if anything I could say was the double bed was 2 singles that were put together which came apart, but that wasn't an issue and only thing I could think of.

The room was well located from the place I was working but a bit far from pisa tower (17 min walk). I usually walk a lot and this was ok for me, but I do not recommend for people with low mobility.

The room is located in the fourth floor with nice views. However, I encountered challenges upon my arrival. Unfortunately, I didn't have access to Wi-Fi on Italy, which made it difficult for me to contact the host for entry into the apartment. It took me time to enter the facilities and I had to arrange perfectly the time with the host since they are not there all the time, this was stressful for me. I found the smell in the basement quite unpleasant and the room was very cold and difficult keep it warm. On a positive note, the hosts were very friendly, particularly the woman, who was welcoming and helpful (she speaks Spanish). However, I did feel a bit uncomfortable as there was a man present who seemed to me to be recording our conversation or taking pictures while pretending to simply hold his cellphone. These issues impacted my experience.

We were greeted in person by the owners who kept in touch and waited for us even with a flight delay. They couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful, which was lovely. The location is excellent - halfway between the station & the main attractions. Rooms are comfortable and clean & the dining room faces the river with lovely views. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

No option for breakfast, despite what it says in the listing, but coffee available from a machine.

Location was very good, beds were comfortable and hosts were very accommodating.

There was a problem with opening the main door which didn't work at all well. There was no hot water in the shower, even though left running for 20 minutes. No double glazing, so very noisy. Very cold and none of the heaters were on and not shown how to turn them on. Put the air con on and put temperature up to heat but made no difference. Condensation on the inside of the room and couldn't open the door to clear it or even look out. There was no minibar so this is false in their list of facilities. Didn't have wifi, and weren't given any details. This is still advertised as bed and breakfast, but breakfast is not an option and we were not told in advance.

Wonderful and friendly owners. Room was of a good size and lovely and clean. Right on the river and only a short 10 minute walk to the leaning tower. High recommend.

We had a late arrival and the hosts were very accommodating. Right by the river and close enough to the tower without being near tourist traps

The location was convenient, although when we arrived at the address, it wasn't that clear where the property was. We arrived in the dark and I was expecting to see a hotel entrance, whereas the property entrance is a wooden door to the building and the accommodation is just on the 4th floor. The name of the property is near the door, but is easily missed in the dark. I fortunately had the owner's mobile number so was able to call them and with their help, found where the front door was, which was then opened by them.

Had I realised the set up, I would have known how to find the entrance better.

Location was good, close to the river and within walking distance of the old town. Shower room was clean and well appointed.

When I booked, I didn't fully appreciate that this was an AirBnB type accommodation, and I was expecting a better vibe. The stair well is dark and dingy with quite a strong smell on the ground floor. Room was rather noisy. Other residents arrived in the adjacent room around midnight and were very loud. Door entry was problematic and had to call the hosts in order to get into the apartment late at night. It is very difficult to get a taxi at 4:00am if there is an early flight out in the morning.
