Fantastic location, a short walk to the train station and also the main areas .

Located about a 10 minute walk from the leaning tower and the train station. Overlooking the river, so beautiful sunrises from the dining room. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy.

Property is on the corner of two busy streets with traffic and sirens going by at all hours of the day and night, it was not a very peaceful stay. I slept with earplugs in. Stairwell is not lit up so made it difficult to climb stairs in the dark. The Lift is tiny and only fits one person with luggage, or two (small) people with no luggage!! The internet service was poor, and would not work at times. They have strict rules about no eating in rooms, but the Dining room had no plates or cutlery, or place to wash up dishes, only a coffee machine and paper cups Set up consists of two adjoining rooms with ensuites, and a dining area, all in the 4th floor of a building on the corner of two busy streets in the centre of Pisa. Owners have an office off the dining area. CCTV in common areas. There is noise transfer from guests in adjoining suite due to bathrooms being side by side. Air conditioner would frequently turn itself off. There was a funny smell in my room too. (Room 2).

Good location midway between station and sights (15 mins walk to either). Spacious comfortable apartment with an added communal breakfast room. All mod cons, good air con etc. Met by hosts who are great, communication all good. 4th floor but lift good

Amazing staff/ owners good customer service, clear, location close to the train and tower of pisa, restaurant all in the walking distance and shopping center. Fabricio and Patricia they are the amazing hosts thank you for the service I love staying in touch and stay again in Pisa 🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹

The hosts were very kind and supportive. The appartment is simple, clean, and conveniently located in walking distance from the Leaning tower, the train station, and the pedestrian street. Nice dining room with a view to the river. Complimentary espresso offered at the property.

The road nearby can get a bit noisy.
