Worst ever

The man who was on counter he dont have any manners to speak he started fighted with me and I didn’t stayed there becoz he fighted with me saying leave this Mangus is the worst hotel in pune no on should ever visit it

the staff isnt courteous keeps you disturbing diring calls

Just the room size and cleaniness

Staff not at all responsive. Had to order food from outside as after one hour also food was not ready

Staff is good, breakfast is good. Rooms are spacious

Wifi works whenever it wants, If you want to do office work then better to have your own data pack. And on top of that network is weak inside room. T.V has never worked for me.

Front desk staff keeps changing shifts. Any specific instructions or messages are difficult to coordinate.

No frills, no fuss, boutique hotel well located in Kalyani Nagar in a quiet street . You get a good clean room with all the basic essentials and it's worth the money for the location.

Cleanliness can be improved. Rooms smell damp and of cigarette.
