Breakfast spread was too little

Bedsheet & pillow covers were not clean, so was the room. No toothpaste & brush, even soap was not good.

"A neat and tidy small hotel. Clean and new fittings. Good value for money."

Breakfast room needs to be made little brighter and attractive

Warm/ hot water was not continuous. Needs to be 24 h hot water availability. This was the main drawback.

I seriously didn't like anything about this forgettable stay. Was greeted by an ill-mannered stay at reception and from their till checkout it was nightmarish experience

Staff behaviour- reception Staff behaviour- room service Nobody to attend at breakfast Was charged working a food item, I informed it was verified and removed without any apology or realisation of what blunder they made! Seriously untrained staff and forgettable service experience.
