Its was easy to book this hotel as they were available on a days notice.

There was a creep at the reception. That person only came during evening( night shift). Unfortunately I don’t know his name, but he was short, with dark skin, that person may be in his late 20’s. He kept staring and asking me inappropriate personal questions always. I felt very exploited. I stayed at your hotel for many days. My last booking was for 6 or 7 days. When i recached hotel at 1:00 pm at night. That person told me that my booking is canceled form booking.com Then i was frustrated and angry and has no place to go in middle of night. The creep was playing with me. Then all of sudden he offered me and my fiancé another room (looks like a room got available out of nowhere) and next day i came to know that my booking.com reservation was marked as “no show”. He wanted to book my room himself and didn’t prefer me booking from your site. If you are taking this complaint seriously and want to get to the root of it. Please email me, if you want i discuss this further.

Hotel charged us 3000 whereas we had 2084 + tax by booking. Com They cancelled our booking of booking. Complete

Reception Staff

We were promised a single king sized bed however we got two double beds attached together which was way too much uncomfortable. Also, the bathroom and the water in it was having a bad smell in it. Also, there was miscommunication between the staffs and we were misguided with our checkout timings
