"PESSIMO E PROPRIETARIO SCORTESE"

praticamente nulla.

Ho fatto una richiesta per una stanza per 4 adulti. Booking.com mi mostra una camera con soppalco. Nel prendere visione della camera, era una stanza da circa 25mq con un letto matrimoniale un lettino piccolissimo e un divano letto. Nella foto (visibile anche sulla conferma d'ordine), mostra una camera con soppalco (possibile verificare...). Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni, mi è stato detto che questa cosa non è pertinenza della proprietà, ma di Booking.com.... Abbiamo dovuto prendere un'altra camera per €100,00 a notte. La copertura del water è rotto e tirando l'acqua fuoriesce sul pavimento. Sotto la finestra della stanza è posta uno scarico di una caldaia che emana cattivo odore e rumore quando attiva. Ho avuto un problema di salute per una delle persone che erano con me; alla sommessa richiesta al titolare di un qualche minimissimo rimborso (colazione e sanificazioni delle stanze dovute a due cani) mi è stato detto che le regolo non lo permettono. Ok è vero, ma dato il disagio iniziale e la problematica si poteva trovare un punto d'incontro. Sicuramente sconsigliato, ma non farò più nemmeno nessuna prenotazione tramite Booking

Tutto molto bene. Cucina casalinga ottima...sempre più difficile trovarne così! Colazione ottima...insomma non ci è mancato nulla. Camera ben riscaldata dato il gran freddoo della notte scorsa.
