ci è stata assegnata una stanza nella piazza centrale di stia. camera di dimensioni oneste. manca forse un piano di appoggio in più/un po' di spazio di contenimento, ma alla fine noi abbiamo soggiornato una notte sola. stanza pulita e bagno perfetto. la colazione si fà presso il bar/pasticceria/ristorante degli stessi proprietari ed è ottima. abbiamo anche cenato presso il ristorante. cucina toscana ottima e a prezzi (abbiamo ordinato alla carta) molto più che onesti.

metterei l'aria condizionata nelle stanze. la nostra non lo aveva (altre sì), e fortunatamente non ne abbiamo avuto molto bisogno visto il meteo...ma viste le temperature dei giorni precedenti ero molto preoccupata.

Location

On arrival they did not have the room we booked. They blamed Booking.com We tried calling them without success. Chat and they still have not responded.Customer service phone numbers don’t work which is not good customer service. We needed Booking.com’S immediate help, not some time in the future.
