John and Stephanie were excellent hosts—friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the area. Their extensive knowledge of the area and thoughtful recommendations for places to visit were much appreciated.

We loved everything about our night away here at Hunters Croft and will definitely be recommending to friends and family. Hosts are super welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help us relax! And offering great info about local bike routes! Our room was lovely! Bed really comfy. Lovely shower. Great views. Lots of lovely extra touches like fresh milk in fridge and a decent hairdryer!! Tea and cake on arrival was a lovely touch and very tasty! Had a fab meal at local hare and hounds pub too only a mile down road! Great breakfast to set us up for day with homemade ingredients. Honestly couldn’t have had a better night away, highly recommend!

Location is perfect to explore New Forest and surrounding areas. Breakfast was exceptional and offered everything you needed… particularly nice that that almost everything was home grown!

Great room looking over the fields. Had a sky light so could watch the stars. Super on suite, bath and separate shower. And the cute soft toy chicken on the bed gave us a giggle. Wanted to take him home 😁 Lovely hosts too. We will return .

John and Steph were incredible hosts. They offered the best advice on numerous hikes, places to visit as well as where to eat. The property and location was central to the heart of the New Forest. The room was spacious with views of the garden and the bed and bedding was upsettingly more comfortable than our bed at home. The breakfast was magnificent. All homemade with the greatest sausages I've ever tasted including a great selection of items, even homemade bread and jam. We're already planning our return. Thank you both for making our weekend so special.
