Lovely warm welcome when I arrived, including a pot of tea in the conservatory. Very friendly owners and the accommodation and location are great. Great breakfast selection, including gluten free options, homemade poached pears and lemon curd and eggs from the owners chickens.

I bought this trip away for my son and his wife. I looked after their children. They explained the venue was stunning, the owner/couple such lovely people and they were close to everywhere they wanted to be, My husband and I will be booking a trip in the near future. Tea & cake on arrival & made to feel instantly welcome by both John & Steph. Beautiful setting with outside seating to enjoy the landscape. The Bed was so comfy with quality bedding. The bedroom was a large spacious airy room with seating too & fab views. Fantastic choice for breakfast in the conservatory which was excellently prepared. We could have stayed longer had we prepared ourselves & known. John & Steph have been in the business for years so recommend without hesitation & you will enjoy.

Excellent stay, excellent hosts

John and Stephanie were excellent hosts, they made us feel like old friends during our stay. The location is ideally located on the outskirts of Sway and a great base for exploringing. Breakfast served fresh with local produce in their gorgeous conservatory was a great way to start the day. Highly recommended.
