PAWANA VILLAS

Didn’t like anything about the property.

Everything, it has a very dirty flooring and the smell of wood is super moldy. We couldn’t take it and left the unit.

Nothing in particular but nice och arcitecture and garden.

WARNING! Don’t stay here! First our daughter was food poisoned from their restaurant and spent 2 days throwing up, and then our other daughter was bad bitten from bed bugs. We cancelled our last 2 days because of this but they still made us pay for those nights. The staff was really hard to communicate with and didnt understand what food poisening was so they just laughed about it.. The restaurant kitchen left all the dishes and the dirty plates on the kitchen floor, like a feast for the cockroaches, which might explain the food poisening, or at least the total lack of knowledge of how to run a restaurant, with bacteria and hygiene in mind. We also had a dead rotten lizard with a loooong army of ants in our room when we arrived so not so much attention there. This was our 4th time in Bali, we appreciate the differencies between places, restaurants, people and hotels, but this place was so bad. The worst experience. And it seems to us that Booking didnt take any responsability at all. Not impressed. Just stay out.

Everything was perfect... The villa was amazing, clean, tidy and the staff was really nice! It's located outside the usual spots, but that's refreshing considering the crowd and traffic in Ubud. That means that you must take the taxi for every transfer, but that's worth it. We highly recommend to have dinner in the terrace of the small restaurant. Also the breakfast is rich and could be nice to have it on the side of the pool with the room service.

Clean and tidy with room service available

All the villas are really close together and your neighbours sound like they’re in the room with you! I only roughly had 4 hours sleep in 2 days cause the family/friend group that we’re staying next to us were so incredibly loud. (Staff were notified multiple times but nothing changed) We also got completely lost as google maps on mine, our driver and my friends phone were taking us to a completely different villa

The staff, the breakfast, and the driver were all great! It was amazing that every villa had its own pool and veranda. We got water bottles for free, their laundry smells amazing! Anything you need, the staff will help arrange it for you. And I want to mention the driver (Lao) again because he was the MVP.

We arrived at night and it’s a long drive from the airport to the villas and the last bit was a narrow road with a lot of twists and turns in the jungle. We weren’t sure if we had made a mistake because it’s not walking distance from anywhere, but in the end the driver (Lao) was honestly the highlight of our trip!!! He is simply the best. We’re so glad that he was available every day to take us around.

In the middle of nowhere. Very hard to get to. Friends we stayed with both got sick likely on the food and got bed bugs. Loud music and roosters. Dirty sheets, dirty pool cushions.

Great stay with Staff going out of their way to exceed our expectations. Location was great . Away from hustle but still close enough to everything
