PAWANA VILLAS

Bed is comfy And surrounding area is Good, but next to our Villa was very loud.

All Good but the staff didnt took note for our breakfast menu correctly, And bit late as we ordered to be ready By 10am, everything delivered to our Villa by 11am. And most of the food is cold already.

The place appears nice at the first sight, very instagram-friendly and clean and the staff is kind.

The place is very far from Ubud and they do not have a car service, they have to call drivers on demand and sometimes it is difficult to find someone available who arrives on time. The staff is very young and non expert but the real problem is that nobody speaks English, this creates misunderstandings, e.g. because of this, one day our room was not cleaned even thought we left very early in the morning and stayed all day outside. Another problem is that the place is very humid, especially the rooms downstairs, when it rains (and this happened often during our stay) the humidity inside the room during the night is terrible, we couldn’t even warm up the room because the AC machine wasn’t properly working.
