PAWANA VILLAS

No mosquitoes... Maybe in the dry season after 10 days without rain this could be very enjoyable place. We got whole house for affordable price. Distance to Ubud is app 20 to 30min by car and 15min to The Kayon Jungle Resort. Few other attractions are in very "short" distance in km but not necessary in minutes.

Very hard to find this location through narrow streets. Moisture in the house is everywhere. You can smell it and feel it. In rainy days humidity level in house is huge. Over night you could hear lot of roosters. Kitchen staff is very slow, and for four of us to make breakfast we have to wait at least 30min.

Big villa with private pool.

Looks different form the photos. Location is off. Breakfast was poor. No Grab food delivery at night after 10pm. Spider webs in all places. Holes on villa bedroom.

Staff were welcoming and lovely

Only stayed two nights and was refused refund won’t be using them or booking.com again

Privacy with own pool

Could use some maintenance on timber (oil/paint) and refresh of tiles (even just paint). Also bath tub very stained

Property is awesome, it’s bit far but the beauty is in the location being far kids enjoyed stars from Private pool at night and morning breakfast with fresh fruit platter and juices were refreshing. Staff is polite and kind, specially Kumara prepared best food and ever smiling.

All good only request to property is communicate more and open as I went through bit struggle to connect with Property Owner / Reservation before booking for some checks.

We loved the way the villas were designed, the terrace was big and the restaurant with room service was great

It is quite far away from anything, so be prepared to book a taxi when you want to go anywhere (food, bars, shopping..) Also the pool at some point started to get cloudy

It is far from other places and very little facilities. The spa what they are offered is very high cost compared to ubud prices
