Excellent breakfast and location. A lovely welcome from Linda and Jonathan when we arrived at Grove House. Such Excellent hospitality over the weekend.

Ein B&B Hotel zum Wohlfühlen: Schön eingerichtet, blitzsauber und gemütlich, die Betten sehr bequem, wunderschöner Garten, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Nette Begrüßung mit Kaffee und Kuchen und einem kleinen gefüllten Kühlschrank. Und am Wichtigsten: Linda und Jonathan waren super nett, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - ohne ihre Empfehlung hätten wir Knaresborough nicht besucht und so einen wunderschönen Ausflug verpasst.

Everything. Linda and Jonathon go the extra mile. High quality B&B from a hardworking lovely couple. We’ve never stayed in a B&B that comes anywhere near matching Grove House. Beautiful house and garden in a prime location within 10 minutes of York with a local bus and train route into the city.
