"Great Location, Great Host!"

We were very lucky to choose David as our host for several nights. He is most welcoming, caring and considerate towards special wishes regarding breakfast. His house is located beautifully next to the beginning of a very nice hike. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and in perfect condition. We enjoyed every minute, thank you for having us, David!

"The perfect stay for walkers in Arona?"

The location of Vistal Roque is perfect as I was walking across the island, using the GR131 to the Teide National Park. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a large, fully equipped kitchen available downstairs. My accommodation on the first floor gave me access to two balconies: One at the front of the property where I had my breakfast as the sun began to rise. The other has a large sun terrace with terrific views of the mountains - and of the stars after dark. The excellent breakfast was delivered to the upstairs balcony by my genial host David who did all he could to make my stay memorable.

Not a problem for me, but the room had no TV. Still, who needs a TV when you can view the night sky out of the window? For me the location of the property was ideal. The centre of town is a short walk away down the hill.

"More than perfect!"

David is a perfectionist, everything is exactly as it supposed to be. Check-in, rooms, cleanliness, tips and hints for local restaurants. Breakfast was served on terrace, cereals with banana, omelette, juice - enough energy for GR131 to Vilaflor. Highly recommended!

David the owner was very helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond to help us solve a problem with our broken camera. Breakfast was delicious, and the room was beautiful! Showers and toilet spotless. Great place to walk from or to via the GR131.
