Villa Scorzi - Relais de Charme

Traumhaft schön! Das Zimmer super, die Parkanlage um das Hotel wunderschön. Die Mitarbeiter sind super nett. Frühstück wunderbar.

Le calme et la proximité des lieux de visite tel que pise ou Lucca ou le monastère chatreux Certosa et les possibilites de faire des randonnees dans les environs . Par ailleurs le petit dejeuner est excellent. Beaucoup de gateaux faits maison. Un regal. Personnel d'une grande gentillesse. Villa magnifique.

Un problème d'isolation phonique entre le 1etage notre chambre la 15 et le second. On entend les ecoulements des salles de bain.

Quiet but well placed for visiting the surrounding towns and villages. Very clean. Good breakfast. Staff were professional and courteous .

Pool not heated

The villa is a beautiful building and the surrounding grounds and gardens are really wonderful. There is something to discover around every corner, rose gardens,fountains,sculptures,trees and shrubs, all maintained to a very high standard. You also have a view of the Tuscan countryside.

On booking our stay the room was described as a deluxe double which if you look up the meaning of deluxe double it says elevated comfort for two and enhanced amenities, omg. We were given a room in what once may have been servant quarters or perhaps stables. Our room was accessed through a narrow wooden double door, of which only one side opened with the key, it was so narrow that if you were a large person, you would have to open latched both top and bottom on the other side to enter. Then you nearly fell over the bottom rung of the stairs which was steep with uneven steps. It just had a rope as a bannister. Deluxe double also means having an en-suite bathroom, well you had to go out on the landing at the top of the stairs to enter the bedroom. It was dated and shabby with a door off it leading to a large water tank. The toilet had a pull chain which came off in my hand the first time I used it, it seemed to be held on with a paper clip. When you flushed water leaked out the back. I informed the manager, he said he would have someone look at it, but no one came, the whole bathroom needs upgrading. The bedroom was spacious but there was only one surface on which to put a suitcase, it was there that I discovered tiny insects crawling over my things. I told management, ah! it’s an old building. The room was dark with only one small window, you had to keep the light on if you wanted to do anything. We were very disappointed.

Sehr schönes Haus mit sehr leckeren Frühstück! Mitarbeiter alle sehr aufmerksam und freundlich! Perfekte Anlage!

Unser Bett war leider sehr weich! Es wäre nett, wenn es am Abend ein Abendessen oder zumindest ein gemeinsames Glas Wein geben würde! Die Location ist einfach zu schön um das nicht zu nützen!

un letto molto morbido e comodo ma un pò piccolo, ce ne vorrebbe uno più grande, almeno 160 se non 180 cm, lo spazio in camera ci sarebbe

Eine wunderschöne Villa, ein sehr freundliches Personal. Die Dame die uns empfangen hat, war so freundlich und hat mit uns eine Führung durch das Haus gemacht. Das Frühstückst Buffet ist einfach fantastisch.

Es gab leider ein paar Kleinigkeiten die mir im Garten aufgefallen sind: die Sitz Lounge wo wir gerne gesessen sind war leider jeden Tag voll mit Katzen Haaren, dass ist mir erst auf meinen Klamotten aufgefallen. Der Tisch war auch sehr staubig. Neben der Sitz Lounge lag ein grünes Netz auf dem rasen und sah nicht wirklich schön aus. Naja, vielleicht ist das nur mir aufgefallen aber eine so schöne Villa sollte immer sehr gepflegt aussehen.
