Breakfast wasn’t great. Didn’t see anyone whilst there was very eery. Shower was leaking. No food of an evening.

Limited facilities, limited breakfast choice (cant do poached eggs!!) no drinks or snacks after 2.30 and unable to bring food or drink into the property

This is a lovely villa in Tuscany that offered truly stunning views of the surrounding countryside—exactly what you'd hope for in this region. The atmosphere was peaceful, and the setting made for a perfect relaxing escape. Breakfast was a real highlight: fresh, local, and served with care. It was a great way to start each day, and we appreciated the attention to quality and presentation. Overall, the staff was friendly and welcoming, which added to the pleasant atmosphere.

The rooms appeared much lighter and brighter in the photos than they actually were, which was a bit misleading. Also, as cyclists, we were unpleasantly surprised by the lack of proper bicycle storage. Road bikes are not allowed in the rooms, and the option provided was an not properly secured shed. Given that this region is extremely popular with cyclists, we found the attitude of the manager (the woman we spoke to) toward our concerns rather dismissive and unhelpful. A secure bike storage solution would greatly improve the experience for cycling guests.
