"Great value, friendly, comfortable B&B"

We had a fantastic two night stay. This was definitely the friendliest, most relaxed b &b we have ever experienced. The room was large, comfortable and modern. The breakfasts were delicious. The location is perfect, being only 10 minutes away from Conwy. Also lots of car parking on site. Amazingly good value for money and a lovely personalised experience.

"I didn’t want to leave this perfectly cozy B&B"

The property was beautifully situated on a hill, the views were just perfect, our room was lovely, high ceilings, super cozy and absolutely spotless!! We stayed here whilst I took part in the Conway half marathon and I am so pleased I decided to book outside the centre. It’s about an 5 minute drive into Conway. Thank you Grahame & Delyth, you were the most perfect hosts. We will be back :)

Owners were very easy to talk to and nothing was too much trouble. Even gave us a lift to and from a wedding we were attending. Much appreciated. Large room and breakfast was tasty.

"A must stay"

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your lovely home. This was our first trip to Wales, and it could not have been more perfect. With the invaluable help and advice from our terrific hosts, we were able to visit some of Wales's most beautiful locations and walks. Llandudno, Angel Bay, Beddgelert, and Llangelynin just to name a few.
