"Great place to stay just outside beautiful Conwy"

Very warm and friendly welcome from Delyth and Graham. Our room was comfortable and spacious with a big bathroom and fantastic shower. Lots of different options for breakfast, all freshly made to order. Great to have an electric vehicle charging point available. Location is only 3 miles out of Conwy, which is a real gem. It is quick and easy to drive to Conwy and find a carpark. Lots of things to do in Conwy and surrounding area.

Absolutely lovely welcoming and nice couple. Nothing was too much for them. Lovely breakfast and lovely room. Advised on local things to do in the area. Would definetly go again.

Nothing...you can tell alot of hard work and love has gone into the place.

Our hosts greeted us warmly even though we arrived late in the evening; they were very kind and accomodating to us, and made us feel welcome and cared for.

There's honestly no way to fault this property; the room, service and experience were all above expectations, and our hosts treated us very well.
