Hosts Delyth & Graham are a very welcoming & helpful couple, on hand to our requirements and interacting well in conversation. Charlie, their pooch, makes himself known in the lounge area, very affectionate and friendly, a sweet lad ;o) Room very spacious and clean, comfy beds and decent sized ensuite bathroom with a couple of quirky additions like the Cat toilet roll holder and Diver clothes hook on door :o). If required, once you've turned up the radiator, the room remains nice & warm. Excellent Breakfasts, reasonable choice and good size portions. If you are after a decent meal then, at time of print, you cant go wrong at the 'Y Bedol' Bistro & Bar (2ml, 3mins drive away) in Tal-y-Bont, excellent food, plentiful & reasonably good value for money.

With the BnB also providing Tea Room service during the day to outside customers, the front door is left open, this is ok during the warmer climes but during the colder times like it was for us in October, it can get at bit cold downstairs in the lounge area. In the evening it is ok as the front door will be closed and the BnB has the opportunity to warm up again. As we were out most of the day Saturday anyway, this didn't really affect us, just Fri afternoon, we felt it after our arrival. Value for money, well, accommodation stays are very often overly priced and not helped with cost of living now. Unfortunately that is the going rate in these various forms of accommodation. Still, we did enjoy our stay.

its an ideal base for exploring North Wales, it's easy to find and has good parking. The room we had was large and very well appointed, a very comfortable place to come back to in the evening after a day out. Breakfast is excellent, it lacks for nothing at all and the hot food is cooked to order. The owners are terrific, really friendly and super helpful with advice and pretty much anything else you might need. I can't recommend this place highly enough, it's the business!

We needed an overnight stay after using the ferry from Dublin to Holyhead. Y Llew Coch was perfect. The hosts were so welcoming and the accommodation warm, beautifully decorated and comfortable. The next morning we had a wonderful Welsh breakfast. Thank you Delyth and Graham.

Hoteliers extremely helpful, willing to go the extra mile. Nothing too much trouble, can't wait to return.

The staff are what makes this place. Nothing is too much trouble and everything is so personal. They were an absolute delight. The room itself was lovely and clean and a great size, the view from out of our window was so stunning! The breakfast was also fantastic, so much choice and fresh straight from the kitchen.

The location is a little out the way but still not too far from Conwy and everything is very easy to drive to.

Really nice place to stay just outside of Conwy. Breakfast was lovely. Delyth and Graham are really lovely people who are a pleasure to chat to and extremely helpful. Wonderful place. Highly recommended.

everything about Y LLew Coch was fantastic couldn't fault a thing . Delyth and Graham and of course Charlie were the perfect hosts as they couldn't do enough to make our stay a memorable one . Have already recommended to our friends and family. will definitely be going to visit again in the new year .

The only thing we didn't like was the fact we couldn't have stayed longer due to work commitments.

Delyth and Graham were excellent hosts offering advise on places to go and eat. A great base for the area and a beautiful location, breakfast was excellent

Host did all they could to help us. Booked our evening meal twice at a nearby pub which was excellent. plenty of coffee, tea etc in our room, breakfast excellent, lots off choice. Very pleasant host and pet dog.
