The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating from the moment we arrived - we especially liked meeting Charlie, the resident dog! The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent - plenty of choice and we never left hungry! We appreciated assistance ordering a Chinese takeaway to the B&B and being able to eat it in the shared dining room/lounge area.

Lovely welcome from the hosts. Plenty of selection at breakfast with hot options cooked to order. Property has been renovated to high standard. Location just 10 min drive from Conwy was perfect for our visit :)

for us a king sized bed would have given us a bit more comfort

if there was extra stars i would give them perfect guest house & hosts with amazing views and breakfast 🙏🏽

Ideal location to get to the places we wanted to visit.

Close to road had a room at the front maybe better with a room at the rear

I booked this for my parents. They had a fantastic time and went on about how the owner (Graham I believe) was so kind and helpful, he recommended places for them and due to them arriving late on in the evening he booked them in to a local pub for tea which they also thought was a lovely place and went back the following day. They loved the location they said it was perfect and the accommodation Itself had everything they needed and was very comfortable. They loved it. The breakfasts were great everything and More you could want and high quality. They cannot recommend this place enough and wish to stay here again when they next visit Wales.
