The room was very clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable. The room was more modern than I expected. The staff were wonderful and the breakfast was more than sufficient, quick and tasty.

I didn't like having an automatic light in the toilet, I'm a light sleeper and using the toilet at night resulted in blinding light. Whilst the bed was comfortable, I personally found the pillows to be very hard and uncomfortable.

The staff is what made Casa Montes San Blas exceptional. Wilbert in particular was the best English speaker we met in Peru; he not only served delicious and beatiful breakfasts but also helped us arrange a private driver for the Sacred Valley!

The design was cool, the room was comfortable and there were a lot of sockets and a kettle, also the staff were really nice

There was a problem with the water temperature and at some point there was no cold water only hot one

The hotel is in an amazing location, the staff are super nice and very helpful. Also they helped us out a lot with planning the trip when it comes to ordering taxis or giving advice.
