"Nice hotel at a great location!"

It’s a nice, clean hotel in San Blas small plaza just three blocks up the hill from Plaza de Armas. Great location! My room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, hot water, and a heater. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh fruit, juice, and a choice of pancakes or eggs. Overall, it would have been a perfect spot if it weren’t for the noise.

Unfortunately, the kitchen was directly below my room, which caused noise early in the morning and during breakfast, so I didn’t sleep well. I requested a room change a few times, but the staff were not very empathetic.

Staff, especially Wilber, was excellent and made sure our stay was comfortable. The hotel is right on San Blas plaza making it very convenient to everything. The room was very comfortable with streaming services available on the TV.

"Bien ubicado, cómodo y limpio."

La ubicación excelente. El desayuno variado. Habitación cómoda y limpia, con secadora amenities, calefactor, coca para infusiones. Con un balconcito.

Hay que subir muchas escaleras para llegar a la habitación.
