Clean comfortable accommodation and a very good breakfast.

No bar and nearest pub a 20 minute walk away. No restaurants near by.

Sharon was a superb host and food was excellent. Having a fridge in the room and use of a kitchen too were unexpected bonuses we appreciated. Free on site parking was great. Hard to fault anything and nothing major.

One of the blinds in skylight broken so not able to completely block out early morning light.

Comfortable room

Not clear that late check in might be an issue. Hard to get in contact with the property. The phone number on their own website was never answered. Had to contact via booking.com which gave a mobile number which was not the same as the one on their own website or google.

A Great place and Great staff very helpful , room was very clean and tidy with everything you need. Good breakfast too.

The staff and the breakfast were brilliant. And all for a fantastic price.

There was an intermittent noise (like an alarm) that went on for some time during the night.

They got extra kitchen if we bring something to cook. Very handy. they have fridge and freezer plus more, Not in our room. But very handy to have kitchen.

Same as above and nothing there we didn't like.

Had a wonderful garden view from the window. Nice, comfortable bed and clean room. Good security measures in place throughout the property. Attentive and approachable hosts. Lovely breakfast in relaxed atmosphere. Great value for money.
