Francesca was so great. Nice view from 3rd floor balcony.

Size of the room (+ suitcase rack) balcony and amazing view . Finally a decent kettle! Also we could walk into dining area and grab water etc. Francesca lovely and the best breakfast. Plenty of free parking out front . Bonus December light show !

This BNB is located in a perfect area. The bay is across the street and every room has a water view. It is very clean, comfortable and quiet. The owners are professional and very friendly. The breakfast is amazing.

Booking.com made a mistake with the booking. Our booking showed 2 rooms, 2 people per room for a total of 4 adults in 2 rooms. The property’s booking showed 2 rooms one person per room, for a total of 2 adults. Confirm with property after you booked.

It was clean, comfortable and had great views especially the rooftop terrace for breakfast. The breakfasts were generous and delicious. Everyday Francesca served eggs in a new way and her pancakes were amazing. Francesca was a great host.

There are three flights of stairs to the property and no lift. This could be challenging for an older couple.

We picked this property to stay at for our 50th wedding anniversary in May because we spent a couple of years in Gaeta with the Navy back then. What a disappointment - the B&B did not disclose the fact that the entire 40 x40 square in front of their door was torn up with big machine and dust. Also they did not disclose that it is a 70 step walk-up to their unit with no elevator and no assistance with luggage. My husband and I are in our seventies and I have a heart condition but we had to lug over 100 pounds of bags up and down the stairs. Our little balcony was not usable due to the construction dirt and noise, We left early the next morning because they refused to keep our luggage while we looked for the apartment we lived in 50 years ago. Breakfast was a pastry and coffee...nothing like the photos on their listing show. They charged us 100 euros in the morning......later I discovered that 100 euros was already paid by the booking company on my credit card. The owners lied and said we were no-shows. They are trying to avoid a bad review. But we have a receipt for our stay there. Now they say we left and later returned so they charged us for an extra day Such a bunch of lies. Do not stay here.
