Central location & facing waterfront - perfect. Francesca was a lovely host- friendly, informative about the area & activities & attentive. Accommodation was spotless modern & comfortable.

Lovely room in a fantastic location with amazing views. We just wished we could have stayed the extra night. Francesca cooked us a beautiful breakfast. The best we have had in Italy. We could not recommend this highly enough. If you ever plan on visiting Gaeta, it is a "must-stay" place.

Nothing to dislike here at all. JKust missing out on our first night dues to the weather delaying our departure from Piombino.

The room decorations, the friendly staff, very welcoming, the view, the location close to the historic center and not so far from the old town. Great value !

I loved absolutely everything about our stay at La dimora di Caboto, this is first class all the way! And most of all I thank Francesca for the best breakfast that I have had in all of Italy, plus being offered a choice is so very nice. Our room was just simply perfect with the most beautiful views and everything you need is in this room, it is truly first class this b & b and a must stay if you travel to Gaeta. The location was perfect, surrounded with many excellent restaurants. Thank you Cosmo for your kind welcome, we very much appreciated everything that you & Francesca did to make our stay with you a unforgettable one. Aline & Serge

Small (3 rooms) B & B located in the heart of Gaeta. Clean as a whistle, lovely breakfast, and very attentive young couple who are the owners. They obviously are putting a lot of care and thoughtfulness into running their business.

We liked everything but I will mention that if you arrive after dark be sure to flip on the lights in the hallway to walk up the 3 flights of stairs to the property. The switch is located on the wall to the right. Also if you can’t handle stairs this is probably not the right fit for you. The property has 3 rooms, all with private baths as noted. However for one of the rooms the bathroom is located across a short hall, not inside the room. This is the room we got and although it was fine for our one night stay we were a bit surprised to find it wasn’t located within our room.

Immaculately clean room. Good size room and en-suite. Very clean. Lovely view from balcony and excellent breakfast which was taken on the roof terrace.

Quite a few stairs up to the property . Fine for us but not great if you struggle to walk. The fact the place is closed between 11-2 for cleaning. The cleaner wasn’t going to let us in our room to drop off a bag. Managed on the end though.
