Metal outer bed parts make noise at night - it would be better to fix them.

Loved everything but the 3 flights of stairs. Staff was helpful when leaving. Arrival was difficult with the stairs because we are older. Overall a great value

Having recently recovered from an RTA, II didn’t appreciate carrying our luggage up 3 floors, however, it is not possible to install a lift this building

Francesca is a delightful host. She ran up several flights of stairs with our luggage and was very helpful with suggestions for local seafood restaurants and for day trips from Gaeta. Free parking is available in front of the building and in many places in Gaeta with a special pass she gives you. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Our room had a lovely view of the water and balcony to sit outside and watch the world go by. The town has several beautiful churches that are only open on certain days. The tijella (covered pizza) is a local specialty and the octopus tijella is fantastic.

There are many stairs up to the B&B but it didn't interfere with our stay.

This is a gem of a B&B in the heart of Gaeta! The room is bigger than I thought, with everything one would need - and a stellar terrace overlooking the bay! The owners are very thoughtful - providing all linens, plenty of towels and toiletries, strong AC, TV, outdoor patio furniture, and even a small fridge mini-bar! The common area had water, tea, and small snacks available at all times. Note - the rooms are located on the 3rd floor so there are several flights of stairs to climb (no lift). Breakfast was a delightful experience! It was served on the rooftop terrace and was absolutely perfect! And the Lidos are just a 10 minute walk from here... truly, a great spot in Gaeta. Would definitely return to this wonderful B&B, and highly recommend it!

We arrived in the 18:00 hour, so parking was VERY difficult to find. We made several loops over the course of 15-20 minutes to no avail. My partner had to wait in the lot with the car while I ran up to check-in and get the key. We ended up finding parking several blocks away.
