L'établissement est confortable, propre et bien situé. Notre chambre (au dernier étage) avait une vue magnifique sur le mont Pico.

L'établissement est situé à l'angle de deux rues pavées et passantes, ce qui génère du bruit. Les stores de la chambre ne permettaient pas d'occulter la lumière du jour. Le petit déjeuner est un peu léger en quantité (un œuf par personne, pas plus).

Sehr moderne und neue Einrichtung. Schöne und sehr saubere Zimmer mit täglicher Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die beiden Damen sind überaus freundlich und helfen wo sie nur können. Daumen hoch!

We stayed in room no 7 and had the most magnificent view over Pico and part of the harbour. A big and airy room, lots of light, a nice balcony and a big bathroom. We were served a delicious breakfast in the mornings; fruit salad, yoghurt, a boiled egg and bread. We are so satisfied with our stay. Be aware that Horta is very hilly and the lodge is situated a steep street up from sea level and the lodge has no lift.

"I would stay there again and highly recommend taking advantage of the whale watches."

Breakfast was always fresh and warm, well presented and yummy selection. Everything about it was perfect.

Alles ok. Silvana ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück sehr gut. Das zusammen Frühstücken ist auch sehr angenehm.

Verständigung schwierig da das Englisch von Silvana nicht reichte. Silvana ist aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
