Le logement est très bien situé, au centre de Horta avec un parking public à proximité directe. La chambre est idéale, lit très confortable, vue incroyable sur Horta et Pico, logement très propre. Le personnel est à l'écoute, disponible. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, servi dans une salle à manger commune permettant de rencontrer les autres voyageurs et d'échanger les idées de visite.

La décoration de la maison et de la chambre n°7, la literie, le balcon, le service de Sylvana et son petit déjeuner. L'emplacement.

Ce n'est pas le fait d'être au 3ème étage qui posait problème, mais c'est d'avoir une valise de 20 kg à monter par les escaliers 🫤.

Super hébergement tout près du centre, les chambres sont très confortables et bien décorées, le petit-déjeuner exceptionnel, propreté irréprochable et la personne qui est présente très sympathique. Le top

Le passage des voitures dans la rue un peu gênant si les fenêtres ouvertes en journée, calme la nuit.
