Cirute' Talwatte, Kandy

Very nice view, owner was nice, good water pressure and wifi and we managed to get our laundry done there.

The balcony door didn't fully close, the bed sounded es if we could fall trough it any second. The room was fairly clean but the bathroom didn't look like it was cleaned at all, especially the sink and the shelf above it. At 7 am in the morning a few bangs of (i believe it was fireworks because i saw smoke blowing away when i looked outside) sounded. We luckily were already awake, otherwise it would definitely have woken us up. The road to the accommodation was really steep, but since you're in the mountains that's quite common and it does give you a nice view.

Lovely find close to city, very comfortable room

The property is super clean and facilities in the room are good - lovely bathroom, air con and fan, tea and coffee facilities in the room. We were even able to get our laundry done here! Lovely balcony and view and the pool is good.

It would have been great if we could have had breakfast at the hotel. It’s a bit out of town and quite close to the main road - but that’s the price you pay for the view (tuk tuks into town are approx 300R).

This is a delightful small hotel run by a charming retired gentleman. It's comfortable and clean even luxurious for the price. And it has a pool! Great value.

This place is a little out of town and up a steep hill. It's misplaced on Google maps with a difficult name but it's 50m to the "Kandy Royal Resort" - so use this for the tuktuk to find it. (Otherwise they struggle.)

Your staff were excellent. The location was perfect. The room and pool were great! The view was tremendous.

The pillows were terrible The internet wasn’t good There was no hot water after the power went off. The stairs and under the bed need to be dusted more often.

Very nice, well equipped, staff and owner super friendly and helpful (especially for organisation of trips and transport). As it is outside of the hustle of Kandy, it is rather quiet (but you also need a tuk tuk to go anywhere)
