Cirute' Talwatte, Kandy

The location is on the mountain but still close to the city center. Down the hill is right the Kandy Lake. From the house you can see the two budda statues on the other mountain. The room is clean and very quiet. The pool is nice. You can swim there and enjoy the sunset.

The location was a little outside the busy town centre - so it was lovely to come back to for some peace and quiet. The property is very spacious with nice views and the team there are super helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here if you’re visiting Kandy.

Limited eating options nearby - but not a big issue as we usually had dinner in town and then caught a tuktuk home.

The location was great. It was close to all the landmarks in Kandy. Both the manager and staff member were super friendly and helpful. We had a air-conditioned room and hot water, which was fantastic for the price. Also, the view from the balcony was stunning! Overall, I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

The bathroom plumbing could be better. The water takes awhile to drain in both the sink and shower cubicle. That's my only complaint.

Nice stay. Water pressure is good. Location is a little uphill but closer to the main road. Staff were very helpful. They are few nice restaurants just down the road.

Make sure to ring the manager if you haven't arranged transportation beforehand or you will get scammed by some very poor minded taxi drivers at Kandy city. They will help you get a tuk tuk for an affordable price.

Fantastic place to stay, lovely & helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and clean. Good sized shower room. Incredible views from balcony. Onsite pool great for cooling down in the afternoon. Manju the hotel driver is fantastic and always only a phone call away. We would stay here again and 100% recommend to anyone. Thanks again for a great stay.
