Very large, comfortable, nice room. Great breakfast.

The music is too loud, not great for relaxing (fortunately not at night).

We were welcomed at the property by Mr Paul who made us a refreshing fruit juice. We were happy with our room, which was spacious with a balcony and view. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was particularly good with hot water. Mr Paul often wanted to know our plans so that he could give us advice, which was helpful. The property was a good location, you could take a shortcut down some steps to get to the main road, where a bus to Kandy city centre took 5/10 minutes. We also walked this a couple of times and it only took 25 minutes. Mr Paul made us a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast each morning at a time that suited us. There was also a refillable drinking water station we could use. The accommodation was basic and not immaculate, but just what we needed as we were out exploring the city most of the time.
