Clean, big room, hotel has a good view, is quiet, away from the busy city center. Excellent local breakfast.

Since it is uphill it is not that easy to walk to the city center and come back.

We verbleven hier als eerste stop in Sri Lanka. De host regelde een heel lieve taxi chauffeur van de luchthaven, die ons de dag nadien mee nam op avontuur richting Nuwara Eliya. Hij liet ons proeven van het lokaal fruit en nam zelfs zen potje jackfruit curry van zijn vrouw mee! Heel lekker! De host van de b&b zorgde er ook meteen voor dat we ons thuis voelden. Ik raad hen zeker aan, en vraag absoluut naar hun taxi service. Je zal er geen spijt van hebben.

Lovely small homestay, clean and comfortable, kind and helpful hosts, good breakfast, great views.

Comfortable and well situated B&B, nicely tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Kandy however all the main sights are only a short walk or tuktuk away. Staff very pleasant, views were lovely and breakfast was fantastic.

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner but everything was functional.

I so loved this accommodation and the helpfulness of Chounok. Probably absolutely wrong spelling. This place oozed comfort, cleanliness and charm. The view is outstanding. The room was cosy, clean comfortable and a pleasure to be in. The bathroom was perfect. It was also only a short walk down to the lake and also to the centre of town . Also there was a fantastic restaurant next door for evening meals.

My large and comfortable room had an incredible view! The staff was great and even woke early to make me breakfast one day when I had an early start. My favorite part was sitting on the balcony, having tea, and looking at the stunning view.

Everything was great-- one thing to note is that it is located on the top of a tall hill with very curvy tight roads. If you are hoping to just walk into to town, it is not super accessible.
