Immaculate place and friendly hosts. Bountiful breakfast! Positioned just a short walk from the local shops and restaurants. Lovely views and had everything you needed - right down to the smallest need.

This stay is advertised as a B&B because breakfast is provided and guests share the house with the hosts. However, it is so much more than that. Penny and Ross were delightful and spent most of the time on the top floor so I felt that I had the rest of the house to myself. The breakfast was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. A fresh fruit bowl, homemade toffee, and a carafe of filtered water were all lovely touches in my room, as well as the TV. Everything about the house oozes quality, from the bed linen to the soaps in the bathroom, to the croissants at breakfast. This is a truly fantastic place to stay.

There's nothing I didn't like about the accommodation itself although Leigh is very much a one-horse town but if you want some relaxing R&R, have a car and are happy to do a bit of driving around to local places of interest, then this is a great place to stay.

"Such a delightful weekend away, with incredibly hospitable hosts."

The breakfast was the icing on the cake! Sitting on a glorious sunny morning in front of 180 deg views with warm croissants, expresso coffee and cereal and fresh fruit, it was divine! And our hosts Penny and Ross were such warm and friendly people, they had thought of everything!

The only slight negative was the bathroom was not an ensuite directly off the bedroom, but since we had the whole downstairs area( bedrooms/ main bathroom and lounge) to ourselves it wasn’t an issue.

"Fabulous B&B in a beautiful setting"

Beautiful home and garden, Penny and Ross are stunning hosts and really made us feel welcome. Immaculately clean property, little touches like the homemade treats, water and fruit in the bedroom were greatly appreciated. It was raining whilst we were there but they have a deck with great views that would be amazing on a sunny day. Very convenient to local beaches and the Sawmill Cafe.

Everything was perfect.
