It was so modern, the staff was very helpful

Split was cold when we arrived, unfortunately They only have 2 blankets for the 3 of us. Other than that, everything was so good

everything was so lovely! Petra was such an incredible host and her place is directly in the center of where you want to be. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back next time in split

Nothing

This property was absolutely perfectly located, right on the harbour we got to see dolphins in the evening, small walk to bars and restaurants and an amazing rooftop terrace pretty much to ourselves, The beds were comfortable and the whole place is kitted out with ritual’s merchandise.

Nothing was majorly wrong but must be mindful of the stairs, there’s a few of them for carrying cases

Pricey parking to stay in public garages or streets if traveling with a car (though that's not the owners fault)

We stayed in the room with a balcony which was beautiful, breathtaking views as the property is named, wonderful spacious room with easy to control air conditioning, bathroom with a walk in shower and a bath and also a fridge which was very useful even though you have a further shared kitchen area on the huge roof terrace offering plenty of bottled water and some complimentary beers tea and coffee. Beautiful furniture to sit and enjoy the wonderful 360 degree views. The owners replied to all of our questions and were extremely helpful and booked our taxi from the airport, Rebecca greeted us on arrival and offered several recommendations for dining etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 day stay and knowing the apartment was on the third floor when we booked was not a problem for us. Complimentary breakfast served in the best location at Brasserie on 7 was wonderful. When we told the waiter we would miss breakfast the day we left as they open at 8 and our taxi was 7am, he very kindly offered a breakfast to go which we collected the afternoon before and kept in the fridge. I highly recommend you stay here for a wonderful time in Split.

Absolutely nothing to dislike everything was wonderful.

Perfect location at the Split boardwalk. Umatched panoramic views from several windows. Spacious, modern rooms with great bathrooms. Very quiet. This is the place to be to experience tge best of Split with ease.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of a building without elevator. I don’t mind but my mum, who is recovering from a chemotherapy, did. This shoukd have been disclosed. WiFi is not strong enough to support the TV which uses IPTV over WiFi. So there is no functioning TV if that’s what you care about.
