Zimmer sehr gut. Terrasse hervorragend.

Zimmer im 3. Stock ohne Lift. Küche im 4. Sock ohne Kochmöglichkeit (kein Besteck, Teller, .... ) KEIN FRÜHSTÜCK; WIE IM ANGEBOT!!!!! Kein TV funktionierte, trotz SMS an Vermieter.

The Belvedere rooms are beautiful, with an unbeatable view and a fantastic location close to everything. The quality of the rooms is very high, and at the beginning the communication with the hosts was excellent. They even arranged a taxi to pick us up from the airport and offered to help with anything we might need, such as restaurant bookings.

The bathrooms are modern but have no windows or natural ventilation, and the extractor fan didn’t work. The heated towel rail didn’t work either, and the TV inside the bathroom was also not functioning. There was a large bathtub that looked amazing, but it didn’t have the special stopper needed to use it. In the bedroom, the TV had many apps available, but none of them worked — for example, Netflix required a personal login, which usually isn’t how it works in international accommodations. We also paid for a stay that included breakfast, but we never received any breakfast, and we were never given an explanation.

Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Großes Bett mit wirklich guter Matratze. Meeresblick und Rebecca hatte uns die Terrasse im oberen Stockwerk empfohlen wegen der tollen Aussicht da oben

Ich hatte Glück, dass ich bei der Ankunft Rebecca erreichte, die mir per WhatsApp die Zugangscode per WhatsApp zusandte. Danach endete die Kommunikation. Niemand war mehr telefonisch oder per WhatsApp erreichbar. Rezeption gab es nicht. Nur Dank anderen Gästen erfuhr ich, wo es Frühstück gab (außerhalb der Unterkunft) "Belvedere Luxury Rooms" ist ein Name, der etwas zu hoch gefriffen ist.
