Siamo stati benissimo..il padrone di casa Oberdan è super accogliente e disponibile, ambienti curati e pulitissimi, colazione ottima, varia ed abbondante servita in giardino con vista meravigliosa sul mare e Ancona; valore aggiunto..la presenza piacevole ma mai invadente di Sir Fred-dog e Mister Poldo-cat!

Struttura di pregio con una vista spettacolare su Ancona. Camera molto pulita ed elegante. A completare l’esperienza, l’accoglienza del proprietario che ci ha coccolato a colazione e dato diverse indicazioni sui posti da visitare.

Host gentile e disponibile, ci ha dispensato consigli molto utili su dove mangiare e sulle spiagge. ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. la pulizia delle camere è eccezionale, anche soffrendo si un'acuta allergia agli acari non ho avuto problemi. La posizione è strategica , con 20 minuti di macchina si raggiungono numana e sirolo, ancona è subito lì. Una bellissima esperienza. La vista dal giardino è mozzafiato.

Il signor Oberdan gentilissimo e molto disponibile, ci è stato utilissimo anche per le informazioni turistiche di Ancona e della costa del Conero. La location offre un bellissimo panorama.

Sentirsi come a casa, coccolati da due padroni di casa gentili e disponibili, che si fanno in 4 per farti stare bene e regalarti momenti di relax nella bellissima riviera del Conero. La struttura è bellissima, pulita e accogliente, vanta una vista mozzafiato sul porto di Ancona ma lontano dal caos cittadino. In pochi minuti si raggiunge la città o le più belle spiagge della riviera. Colazione eccellente e padroni di casa adorabili. Sarà il mio punto di riferimento quando sarò in zona. Grazie!

Ogni dettaglio era perfetto, dalla camera, alla vista su tutta ancona, il bagno in camera era vista mare e la colazione era buonissima, Oberdan è stato gentilissimo e mi ha aiutato in tutto, spero di tornarlo a trovare l'anno prossimo, non avrei potuto trovare un posto migliore. Andateci

The host was a true gentleman, felt like staying with family. Unbelievable hospitality. Italian breakfast was off the charts, coffee was delicious, the view was breathtaking, rooms are incredible and clean. Lovely pets were a good company as well. If ever returning to Ancona, i would not hesitate to come here again, even for longer stays. Fell in love at first sight. Simply amazing. Thank you for such an amazing experience <3

And if you're in Ancona, don’t miss the opportunity to be hosted by the “Italian prince” in a three-hundred-year-old house perched atop Monte D’Ago. Surrounded by a lush garden, you’ll wake to birdsong and a light breeze entering your room with the first rays of sunlight filtering through ancient olive trees. The furnishings carry a subtle scent of lavender, and the spacious bathroom completes the serene atmosphere. Though an air conditioner is available, we didn’t need it—even with 35°C in the city, the room remained perfectly comfortable. If you have a packed schedule in Ancona, don’t rush your morning. Leave at least 45 minutes for breakfast. It is served in the garden, with a breathtaking view of the Adriatic Sea, on a damask-covered table set with discreet but elegant china.
