The place is nice, quiet, and not far from the city of Ancona. The view from the house over the city is stunning. Excellent breakfast. We were warmly welcomed.

A very good, although a little untypical accommodation in an old villa. A roof terrace with a view of the sea. A very nice and helpful host - Oberdan.

Public transit connetion to the city center isn't ideal. You need to walk 12 minutues to the bus stop, and then it turns out that some of the buses suggested by Google Maps (N,R) don't stop there. It worked much better when we used our car and parked it in Parcheggio Traiano, suggested by our host.

This is my favorite place I have stayed on my month long Italy trip. The home is beautiful and well located to explore the Marche region. However, the highlight of this stay was the host Oberdon. As a young solo traveller, Oberdon made me feel like I was at home my entire stay. He is the best host I have ever had and I hope that one day I can return. Also the dog Fred and the cat are bonuses:) Stay here and you will not regret it!

Nothing it was perfect!

The host Oberdan was very welcoming and courteous. He was very proud of his family home and what he offers. The room was immaculate, stylish bathroom, spacious bedroom and a balcony with a panoramic view of Ancona. Oberdan went out of his way to provide us with so much information about where to visit and where to eat. We had dinner at a restaurant that was a few minutes walking distance. Breakfast was Italian with fresh cornetto that you order the filling the night before, fresh fruit and fruit juice, yoghurt, plenty of freshly made coffee and bread. This was one of our best hosts and we've experienced in Italy.

There really was nothing to dislike.

very individual layout, inside and out. Very well equipped. But the best was the care and attention of the owner, who went out of his way to make the stay not only top class, but memorable!
