A lovely little place! Great room, great location for strolling into Matera, great hosts, private parking and a FANTASTIC breakfast! We had a wonderful stay and found the property to be very accommodating, especially since we had two young (noisy!) children!

Very sincere and caring hostess, provided a lot of information about places to visit and restaurants. The room is spacious, cool during the heat, quiet. There is a cozy terrace outside for a great breakfast with local products. Safe parking space on the premises. The apartment is close to the historic center - 10 minutes walk. Thank you for a wonderful time in Matera.

The geographical location is convenient, close to the scenic spots, and free parking is available. The room is fully equipped and super convenient. The bedding, towels and bath towels are of good quality and have strong water absorption. The room is very quiet, and you can decide the breakfast time by yourself. The breakfast is super rich and absolutely worth the money. The host is super warm and details the location of the scenic spots and restaurants.

Wonderful, very thoughtful hosts. Beautiful breakfast and excellent location at the top of the Sassi. Lovely patio to have breakfast on.

The property was centrally located with parking on site. It was an easy 10minute walk to the centre of town.
