Groom's Cottage

Lovely cottage, perfect stopover location for our trip from Wiltshire to north Scotland. Very clean accommodation and lovely large gardens appreciated by our pet Labrador especially the little stream running through the garden. Cottage was well stocked with coffee, tea, milk bread, butter, jam. yogurt and even dog treats. The cooked breakfast brought over to the cottage in the morning by Maureen was delicious and the dog was even catered for with his own sausages! Plenty of shops and takeaways nearby in the town centre just a couple of minutes away by car or a 10 minute walk.

Lovely place. Great location, very clean, dog friendly. Excellent breakfast with plenty of ‘extras’ such as juice, cereal and yogurt, etc A fabulous stay.

The blinds allow a lot of light through so summertime daylight woke us up very early.

Exceptionally clean. Really good value.

Super accommodation, large cottage fully resourced, first class. Breakfast was a full Englsih breakfast cooked to order by the host plus cereal, juice, yoghurt, etc, already in the cottage. Super location. Immaculate.

Excellent as always.

Clean and comfortable room. All the basic breakfast stuff was in the room. Maureen was there to greet us and show us around and also took our cooked breakfast order. The breakfast itself was lovely. I also liked the fact that the cooked breakfast was brought to the room. It was really good value for money and ideal for an overnight stay as we were travelling from Torridon back to the Midlands and was an ideal place to break our journey.

The property was lovely and clean and separated from the main building so we could come and go which was great for the dog
