Maureen was lovely as always, and the cottage is a delight. Everything you need for a lovely break on a long journey North. Tea, coffee, orange juice, bread etc all in the room, plus a lovely cooked breakfast in the morning. Not forgetting the treats for the dog (plus the bonus sausages for the spoilt pup!) Sadly due to a circumstantial change we have to get directly home so unable to stop on the way home.

This was our second stay at Groom's cottage. I can't fault anything about it. Maureen the host is outstanding in every way. In forty years of using B and B's we've never stayed anywhere so well managed.
