"Everything thing you need in a b&b."

The breakfast was excellent. The property was easily within walking distance into the centre of town.

I would be hard pushed to think of anything I didn't like.

Lovely little cottage, lovely gardens outside. Had everything needed & extras. Maureen was very welcoming let us in earlier & explained everything about the facilities. Short walk into Moffat.Would definitely stay again & recommend to family & friends.

Greeted warmly by the host, to a cosy and warm cottage with everything we needed. Maureen went out of her way to accommodate our eating needs and made us an exceptional breakfast. Highly recommend.

It’s in a good location for breaking our journey from Scotland to Essex. Freya the dog very much appreciates the biscuits Maureen leaves out for her. The room is immaculately clean, and the bed very comfortable.

"Lovely cottage in Moffat"

Cottage was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet. Beautiful gardens that we were able to walk the dog around. Great value for money.
