"Exceptional"

We had a wonderful day here. Everything was well organized and well-planned. The landlord was very considerate. He prepared candies and milk for the children, and also provided us with food for the animals (there were many cute chickens, sheep, and donkeys). The children were very happy. There were also heaters outdoors at night, and we were very satisfied.

"Rural location, very relaxing and peaceful."

The school house is cosy with a good choice of free continental breakfast. We loved the outdoor baths.

Visitors need to be aware it is very rural so some distance to travel to surrounding areas such as Oamaru but worth it.

It was clean and tidy and just the perfect location. It had everything you needed. Lots of little extras from breakfast to feeding lots of cute morning visitors. Not to far from Oamaru.

"Like a dream, I entered a fairy-tale world."

The cabin's location is utterly dreamlike, like stepping into a private paradise untouched by the outside world. Every detail inside and out speaks to its history and the owner's meticulous care. Plus, the food is fantastic.

Lovely private little farm house, lots of little nice extras in the house like bathrobe and aircon, snacks available for purchase, the outdoor bath was fantastic, the continental breakfast was really nice

"Lovely Unique Stay on a Working Farm in Beautiful Nature"

Really helpful, kind owners who did their best to make us feel at home. You get a really generous breakfast every morning (they provide the materials and you make yourself), and it was a lovely touch that our children could go and check the hen house in the morning to find fresh eggs for breakfast. The property is on a working farm and our children loved feeding the goats, hens, sheep and horses, as well as just playing in nature. The double bed is really comfy. There is an AC unit that can be used to heat the room up if it gets cold, and it feels really cozy.

If you are looking for quick access to Oamaru this is a little out of the way (we did not mind this at all, we loved the place!).
