Kerswell Farmhouse

Fantastic hosts! We loved our stay at the farmhouse to celebrate a birthday. Great location to explore the local area. Graham gave us some great recommendations and gave us a map to borrow for our trip. Nicola’s breakfast was fantastic using the pork and eggs from the farm. Bear, the dog, gave us a great guided tour of the farm too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Kerswell farmhouse.

Although at least a walk to facilities offering evening meals, this property was delightful. It is in the most glorious setting despite us mostly experiencing torrential weather. The hosts Nicola and Graham, were interesting and interested in us as guests. Our sitting room attached to our room was an added bonus to make our stay extremely comfortable. Delicious breakfast was a great start to the day, with wide choice on a menu that made us laugh. We would certainly return to the idyllic setting.

Beautiful views. Lovely sitting area with French doors onto a patio. Very comfortable bed and modern bathroom. Fabulous breakfast- lots of choice and interesting, welcoming hosts.

Driving in and out requires some skill… but is worth every minute.

A stunning setting with expansive views in the peaceful Devonshire countryside. A spacious suite of rooms with a private garden- beautifully decorated and supremely comfortable. Varied and delicious home -cooked/ home-grown breakfasts. Charming, knowledgeable, experienced and generous hosts who accommodated our party’s special requirements effortlessly.

The farm is in a beautiful setting. The rooms are comfortable and elegant. Breakfast was delicious, with many choices. The hosts were thoughtful and very helpful with suggestions for local dining, activities, walking and local history.

We could find nothing that we disliked.

This is an exceptional property and a real gem. Our hosts were delightful and made our stay very welcoming. Our accommodation was of a very high standard, particularly the beds which were ever so comfortable. The location was nothing short of breathtaking. A huge thank you to our hosts. We will definitely be back!

Graham and Nichola were excellent hosts. We loved everything about our stay with them. The accommodation was spacious and very clean, with excellent tea and coffee making facilities. Conversations with them were delightful and the views from the property were outstanding. Breakfasts were delicious too. To top it all off they have a wonderful collection of ceramics and artworks.
