Kim was an excellent host and went out of her way to make our stay perfect. The breakfast was out of this world and the location was beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Large comfortable king bed and comfy armchairs to relax in the large room. Large roomy shower with good water pressure. Lovely view from bedroom over countryside. Comfy slippers provided. Blankets provided to keep you warm whilst in room along with efficient oil heater, which can be moved to the adjacent bathroom when required. Fresh cake supplied daily. Take away cartons provided for you to take away breakfast items if required. fresh fruit and yoghurt and cereal provided as a buffet before fresh cooked items at breakfast. Very quiet, with no other guests to disturb you. Kim is a lovely host who is very keen to ensure you have a nice stay.

Sadly with no heated towel rail in the bathroom unless the heating is on the towels did not dry. No lock on the bedroom door, which not everyone would be happy with. Bathroom NOT ensuite, so you must be decent to walk down the corridor to bathroom - it's only a few feet but you could be seen by the owners if they were about. No dressing table and only two very small drawers supplied so we ended up using our suitcase instead. Can't park near front door as instructed due to the owners vehicles, but plenty of room to park.

Large room, beds and seating area. Had electric fire and heater to ensure warmth (we were cycling Castles & Coast). Large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Separate entrance to use. Amazing host. Amazing breakfast at a flexible time - provided muffins etc for the day. Dry place to store bikes.

Hot water didn't come on till 2000. But host did say that they could switch on earlier if needed.

Everything!! Kim was a wonderful hostess. We were welcomed in after a long drive with hot cross buns and tea. Our room and en suite was lovely. Everything that you could possibly need. What an amazing place, we would definitely recommend others to stay here.

The weather was not overly warm! But probably the same as elsewhere.

The B&B is central to various activities (Bamburgh, Holy Island) and it is easy to reach and find. I had a very warm welcome with an amzing room and great facilities. The breakfast was varied and very, very tasty. Kim is just an amazing homemaker!
