Buckton Farmhouse

A fantastic place. The bedroom was enormous with extremely comfortable beds. There were 2 comfy chairs and coffee table at the window which overlooked the glorious rolling countryside. There were lots of little extras such as a welcoming cake. There were lots of different teas and coffees and fresh milk in a tiny fridge. The separate bathroom was very large with walk-in shower and a bath. There was a generous supply of shower gels and shampoos as well as beautiful body and hand lotion along with face cloth. Breakfast was amazing. There was the usual cereals, fruit and yogurt and juices. Then we had bacon, sausage and tomato and boiled egg should we wish. There was the usual toast and homemade preserves and homemade scones and muffins. Amazing!

It was all perfect. Nothing to dislike.

Breakfast was just incredible, with a great choice on offer, the bedroom was beautiful and every little detail thought of. The view over woods and fields was so relaxing, Kim went out of her way to make our stay feel so friendly and helpful, she is a kind , generous host and we could highly recommend staying at this farm.

I genuinely don't think that we disliked anything, the bathroom and shower area were fantastic.

The location is perfect, easy to find. We enjoyed the breakfasts and our stay was super relaxing.

Was a bit cold

Breakfast superb, host Kim lovely. Location for our needs was excellent. Room was spacious and well appointed.

There was no heating so it was cold in the evening and morning. Although Kim had provided a small warm air blower it didn’t really warm up the big room.

perfect isolated location with views of the sea and the beautiful countryside. and great hosts. comfortable huge bed and delicious breakfast.
