Buckton Farmhouse

The location was fantastic and convenient for everything we wanted to do. The host, Kim, was very kind and helpful and passionate about making our stay comfortable and memorable. The breakfast was phenomenal and surpassed expectations. The little extras dotted around the room really made the stay luxurious and pleasant. The food recommendations (we tried two places) were spot-on and Kim is very keen to make sure her advice is a personal recommendation. All in all, would very happily return again without hesitation.

From the first moment we loved the welcome from our host, the lovely, huge, beautifully decorated room, all the lovely extra touches and the delicious breakfasts.

The host was charming and generous. Bedroom and adjoining bathroom were huge and well furnished. The location was good. Breakfasts were exceptional

FANTASTIC LOCATION TO EXPLORE NORTHUMBERLAND. BREAKFAST DELICIOUS AND OF THE VERY HIGHEST QUALITY. NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR KIM AND GAVE US GREAT ADVICE ON DAYS OUT AND WHERE TO EAT IN THE EVENING.

Everything. Kim is a wonderful host, very lovely lady. The rooms were of the highest standard, well equipped with such attention to detail with lovely added extras. My goodness breakfast was fabulous! More banquet than anything. Felt very spoilt and looked after. It was like staying with lovely family.

Beautiful, huge room. Great views from bay window. Private and peaceful. Excellent location. Highly recommend. Superb breakfasts.
