Nice view from balcony to Etna and to the historical market. The room is big and comfortable, in the kitchen there are some snacks and coffee, place for breakfast has a lot of delicious things to choose. The city center is in a short walking distance.

For first timers in Sicily the location is a bit kind of culture shocking. But after a while can get used to it.

The location was great, with easy access from the airport via ALIBUS. It's situated next to a daily market, so the neighborhood might seem a bit untidy at first glance, but it’s an excellent spot to explore the city, with both the historic center and lively café/bar areas nearby. The bustling market is a must-see, offering an authentic local experience with noisy vendors and a diverse mix of buyers. Tiziana, the host, was fantastic—very helpful, coordinating check-in smoothly, and ensuring everything was arranged on time.

The building itself is a bit old, featuring a retro elevator that sometimes gets stuck on floors because guests forget to close the doors manually. It can be a bit inconvenient, especially with the apartment being on the 4th floor, but it's still manageable—and even adds a bit of charm to the experience))

It was perfect, the location, the place, the staff, everything just as good as it could be. The market and the view made the stay very special, really liked it. The owner recommends restaurants if asked, MM! Trattoria was the greatest fish market restaurant I ever had.

The owner offers programs to do during your holiday. They ask to confirm in advance if you need. Despite we did confirm which programs we would attend some did not happen because of the tour guide’s low interest in us.

we arrived hot an sweaty after walking from the train station (our choice) and the beautiful young lady was very helpful in getting us settled. She gave us clear directions to a beach and bar where we had a lovely swim and lunch. we only stayed one night but access instructions were very clear (a video) we would stay again

the shower head needs fixing

Very comfortable, good value for money for sure. friendly host. The market is fantastic, the kid loved it, riding the lime scooter in the city. beautiful architecture close by. The people are so nice

Great location near lots of restaurants and easy walking to landmarks. Very secure and safe area. Comfortable bed and very modern bathroom with a great shower. Good view of Mt Etna!! You need to be aware that the fridge, coffee machine, washing machine and dining tables etc are in a common area., not in your room/apartment.

Had an amazing stay. Self check-in went smooth, the information provided was very useful. By reading the previous reviews, we went prepared for the morning noise due to the market downstairs but to our surprise it wasn’t annoying at all. Room 4 was clean, spacious and with a 5 ⭐️ view. Would highly recommend it!

Good location, great value for money and the staff and the owner were super helpful and nice! You have everything you need in the stay, and you can use all the facilities available.

Only that it could be a bit louder during the night or day due to market or nightclubs, however, when the door is closed, it has good sound isolation and it is not loud like that all the time.
