It was very easy to check in and I was able to easily park

I had a hard time going to sleep in my bed.

Clean, location is safe area bed is comfy the whole house is very spacious

Too many guesses The host is not very responsive Don’t clean the property or didn’t pick up the trash

Downstairs is very spacious

Room was very tight. Two bathroom and 1/2 bath for 5 room was tight at the times.

Easy check-in. I booked a few hours right before I went to this place. No one will greet you in front which is fine because it is self check-in. They will give you a code to get in the main door and your room via email. The bathroom is very clean and the strong force of the toilet flush is what I like. The room is very quiet. The internet is fast. Hmmm, i think I read somewhere in the guest list that it is a great idea if you want to rent the entire place for a wedding or any special occasion. There is backyard where you can enjoy the outdoor area. Unluckily , the parking in the neighborhood is a mess that you won’t be able to find side street parking. I didn’t know about the free parking in this property until I saw in my booking that there is one in the front and two in the back area. Downstairs, they have free coffee, bagel, cereals and some fruits to grab. There is also hot and cold water available from the dispenser. If you like to run or jog, there is a park and beach nearby you can go.

It is not close to the train station so you really have to walk going to the CTA Red Line. I don’t really mind walking but you can just take an uber especially at night.

Room #2 was quite warm during the summer months — only one AC vent plus one fan.
